Since our products are made to order or imported from overseas suppliers, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The item received is completely different from what was ordered.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us within 3 days after receiving the package.

  2. Provide photos and order information.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a return or refund process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Items used, washed, or without original packaging
