Packing & Usage
Our black charcoal is packed in cardboard boxes and 10kg or 15kg bags depending on the customer’s request
Some tips when using black charcoal for BBQ:
• Use outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
• Light the charcoal with gas for about 20-25 minutes (the charcoal must be glowing hot), then transfer the charcoal to the oven and let the charcoal heat for another 20 minutes
• Use the gas stove as a small camping stove. You can also put the charcoal in a charcoal chimney or an old pot with holes in the bottom. The open flame must be in direct contact with the charcoal. Never use any fuel as it will affect the flavor of the charcoal.
