Our white charcoal is packed in 10kg or 15kg carton boxes depending on Customer’s request
Some tips when using white charcoal (binchotan) for BBQ:
• Use outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
• Light the charcoal on gas for about 20-25 minutes (the charcoal must be glowing hot), then transfer the charcoal to the oven and let it heat up for another 20 minutes
• Use the gas stove as a small camping stove. You can also put the charcoal in a charcoal chimney or an old pot with holes in the bottom. The open flame must be in direct contact with the charcoal. Never use any fuel starters as they will affect the flavor of the charcoal.
